The 2021-2022 LIHEAP Season ended June 17, 2022. Please process outstanding claims by July 15th.
DATA ENTRY REMINDERS:

  • Any LIHEAP Credits on the customer's account must be entered in PROMISe when submitting a claim.

  • Crisis Auths must be processed in PROMISe within 30 days.
